My First Backstage Mastermind Retreat in Dallas

I just attended my first Backstage Mastermind Retreat in Dallas, and I am still processing what an incredible experience it was.

To be honest, I didn't know exactly what to expect. What unfolded over the weekend exceeded every expectation I had. The generosity, wisdom, and willingness of successful entrepreneurs to openly share their ideas, experiences, and support was truly remarkable. Being surrounded by some of the brightest minds, all committed to helping one another succeed, was both inspiring and humbling.

What struck me most was the intentionality behind this community. The way this group has been carefully cultivated is both artful and powerful. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that everyone shared a common set of values, values that were not merely spoken, but genuinely lived. Over the course of several days, we learned together, collaborated together, and supported one another in ways that were deeply meaningful.
